Reflection (Young Image) Record Store Day 7"The next Section 25 single is out on Record Store Day and is a Factory Benelux limited edition (500 copies only) orange vinyl 7-inch of Reflection (Young Image) which is taken from the From The Hip (30th Anniversary Edition) and is a reworked version of the track on side one of the original 1984 album. The b-side is Change as is exclusive to this release.
Record Store Day, 19 April 2014, is of course the day Section 25 plays The Ruby Lounge with Crispy Ambulance and Minny Pops as part of A Factory Night for Record Store Day (tickets still available - more info).
Beth Cassidy calls Reflection a "... whimsical yet heartfelt expression of true love. But strip this back and we discover an inner core which explores the surreal nature of life itself. Even after 30 years there are layers to this song that conceal its true meaning."
The sleeve art direction is based on Peter Saville's original designs for Looking From A Hilltop.
Record Store Day 2014 is the 7th annual celebration of independent record shops in the UK.
